Our customers are able to choose the most appropriate way of delivery bought in our company products:
- personal pick-up
- DHL

How do I return my mobile phone?
If for any reason you wish to return a product for either cancellation or exchange please contact our Customer Service on 0845 345 5000 or e-mail us customer_service@e-mobile.com to obtain a Returns Authorisation number. Our staff will advise if the goods can be returned and where to send them to.

Where can I have my order delivered to?
For security and fraud prevention reasons we will not be able to deliver your order to any address other than:
a) your registered home address (UK only)
b) your place of work (UK only)
During the checkout process you can choose whether you would like your order delivered to your registered home address or your place of work.

When will my order arrive?
We aim to process and despatch all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed with us - this is subject to successful verification of your order/payment details and/or credit check and connection to the mobile phone network if applicable and stock availability.
